Tom Waits has built a musical world from damaged voices, nocturnal streets, improvised machinery and characters living at the edge of ordinary life. In this original mixed-media portrait, I translate that atmosphere through rough contours, muted colour and an intentionally worn surface rather than a polished musician likeness. The face becomes part storyteller and part urban ruin, carrying humour, fatigue and theatrical tension. Created in Istanbul, the work belongs to my ongoing series of musicians, writers, filmmakers and cultural figures interpreted through a grotesque and underground visual language.
