Bruce Lee’s physical discipline and philosophical presence make him far more than a film icon. In this original mixed-media portrait, I focus on the tension between control and explosive movement, using exposed lines, distorted anatomy and layered colour instead of a polished likeness. The image treats Bruce Lee as a cultural figure whose body became a language of speed, concentration and resistance. Created in Istanbul, the work forms part of my continuing portrait series devoted to artists, musicians, filmmakers, writers and thinkers who have shaped popular imagination.
